We do not want enmity and wars on our planet, therefore, we believe that the digital transition will contribute to the well-being of the entire human civilization. Our team provides and organizes project financing, securitization of non-bank assets, and the tokenization of these processes. New digital technologies serve the interests of both asset owners in need of financing and investors looking to grow their capital while complying with regulatory standards. A Little About Myself:

I was born in the now non-existent country of the USSR, in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1962. I finished school and university in Kazakhstan. There, I worked as a school teacher, then as a school principal. After the dissolution of the USSR, I participated in independent Kazakhstan in the creation of the Lisakovsk Free Economic Zone and in the development of the republic's legislation "On Subsoil" and "On Free Economic Zones" as an advisor to the chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on natural resources, Mr. M. Nurtazin.

In 2002, as an ethnic German, I emigrated with my wife and son to Germany, where I engaged in research in the field of high technologies and materials science, organized and headed several companies for the applied use of the technologies we developed. The result of the research was my international patents in the field of synthesis of superhard materials and in the field of wind energy, and several industrial companies.

MyActivities:

Since 2005, I established a diamond processing plant and formed a unique diamond fund valued at 100 million euros. In 2011, I prepared the securitization of the diamond fund in accordance with the regulations of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. As a result, Trident Fund Services SA organized the issuance of Medium-Term Euro Notes “Fixed Income Diamonds Notes” 2018-12 for my SPV "Lux Diamond House SA" (a securitization company duly registered in the country's company register and the Central Bank of Luxembourg). Upon registration in the Clearstream clearing system (hereinafter referred to as the "Clearing System"), the Notes were assigned the following ISIN: LU0710634709 for listing. In addition to the specified ISIN, the clearing system assigned the Notes the following references:Full name in the Luxembourg Central Bank: USD 6.00 LUX DIAMONDS HOUSE SA 11-2018. Official KFI code: DTFXFR.

Thus, the technology of securitization of real non-bank assets, regulatory and contractual frameworks were practically worked out, and experience was gained. In the summer of 2024, two of my popular science books will be published: "Tokenization in Project Financing and Securitization of Non-Bank Assets" and "Tokenization in Islamic Finance." We have developed a turnkey methodology and technology for the tokenization of real assets and provide specialized blockchain platforms in collaboration with leaders in this industry.
